A lovely Sunday morning, me and my mum went to trentham gardens, and it was beautiful, i got this adorable shot of a cafe corner, beautiful flower arrangements and a never ending display of cottage jams xxx

Bamboo and cork

I just brought from john Lewis cork collage napkins, i just saw it and it stood out to me, tel me what you think, its just reminds me so much of the french wineries i have been to!!

Oh can't forget the bamboo coaster i got for 95p!!!!, its soooooo earthy, and really blends in well with my Mediterranean inspired bedroom. Singing out praise for Muji!!!

so , for my fashion communication and promotion course we have been briefed to basically find an opinion former in the public that will start to make these kick hi boots a trend!!

Now i know what you are all thinking, kickers are for younglings, HOWEVER!!!!

their kick hi boots are very very awesome!!!, dizzy rascal, the who oasis back in the 90s!!! they have been seen wearing them out and about, (and not at the age of 6!!! ha ha), but check them out

I don't really wear make up- i like the au natural look really, however this is what i use when necessary!x

We are family

I was searching through my family photos and found some beautiful pictures of my mum in her lace wedding dress and my nanar in her fur coat and charlies agels inspired ensemble.

Photographs are so important in building up he memries of yor past and where you came from. I just love them.

so i thought hey why not post one of my favourite scarf...

the pink scarf i recently brought from ghost(very romantic collection!!), and it has dainty buttons which creates the function of a neck tie but with a long chiffon tail that i can either wrap around my neck and draped down my back or i can wear it tied around my hair with some rayban aviators!!

so i was walking on my way to the bus stop from uni, and i peered over the barriers and saw out of the blue a reminiscent of the final race in the film grease. It seems Nottingham is filled with secret caves and built up scenery's.

so have to go and do some photoshoots there!!!.

meet me in the fair

On Tuesday it was the vintage fair, for 3 hours (in the midst of snapping pictures of inspiring young dressers of our generation, and deciding whether i should remove myself from the temptation of purchase), i found the cutest pendant necklace resembling that of a tasseled furnishing finish!, packaged in a simple but very dorthy style stamp printed onto the rough paper bag x

I opened up my wooden treasure jewellery box and my bracelet from 50's Chile brought to me by my nans sister is so antique and brass that it reconfirms what these hands of mine should be used for!

I saw this peeping out at me as i was in topshop, i loove (yes thats groovy love), the phrase , and with that i took it with me everywhere i went so i could remind myself, today kelly its all about you!

bedside turnover

whats by my bed, simple a roll of sting (which does come in handy when new pictures find their way in my hands, so i can hang them around my curtains and bed posts), also a glass of white and orange roses(shhhhhhhh ....taken from the neighbours front lawn).....
